An independent filmmaker and a tarp company both have something in common; they want to cover the homeless tarps to keep them dry and warm for winter. Writer, director, actor Michael Stein has written a film about a homeless street performer who gets a second chance in life but struggles with his painful past. Stein approach in searching for funding of the film is very unique.
