This guitar has never been owned but is classified as used by the used stamp in the back of the headstock. There are no blemishes on the guitar (check out the detailed photos). It is setup well, has great action, plays and sounds great. This is a great deal on this guitar! You get a guitar in like new condition at a used price! We will pack this guitar with care as if we were shipping it to MOM. We use lots of protective packing material and we double box the guitar with more packing material between the two boxes. It is our expectation that you will be able to play the guitar as soon as you unpack it. Manufacturer Refurbished - There are no structural issues with this guitar. The guitar is stamped USED on the back of the headstock, as with all refurbished guitars, to protect the buyer from fraudulent "new" guitar sales. The refurbished guitars we sell had (now repaired) cosmetic blemishes only; never structural repairs or issues. This guitar came from the factory to an authorized refurbishing center, for any number of reasons, mostly due to small cosmetic issues. Any issue was expertly repaired by a large team of Fender, Gibson, Ibanez, professional certified luthiers. The manufacturer partially removes the serial number to protect against false warranty claims. In most cases, blemishes are restored to "good as new condition" through buffing, touch-up, etc. Our eBay feedback will give you a good idea of the good reputation that refurbished instruments have.
